TIMUN EMAS

Timun Mas

In a village, lived an old widow and her daughter named Timun Mas. The old widow named Mbok Sarni. She has  pets, its name: Cemong,  and Cindil. Timun Mas lived happily together Mbok Sarni. But lately, Mbok  Sarni became sad.

Timun Mas            : "Mbok what  happen with you? Why you look so sad?"

Mbok Sarni            : "Never mind! Mbok just worried about you!"

          Timun Mas became confused. She went to the fields.

Timun Mas            : "Oh my God , What’s wrong with mbok Sarni

  Why she woked so sad ?" 

Cemong       : "Heii .. Timun!"

Timun Mas            : "Mong, Do you know, why Mbok Sarni sad?"

Cemong       : "That afternoon, Mbok  Sarni to the forest to find wood.  She met with a big giant. Giant wants to eat a human child. But, Mbok  don’t have child. Then the giant gave Mbok cucumber seeds, He asked Mbok to plant that seed. after big, there is very big cucumber . The content turned out of a beautiful baby, that you, Timun! ".

Timun Mas            : "Then what makes Mbok worry and sad?"

Cemong       : "The giant said, if you're big, he'll eat you!"

Timun Mas            : "Ooo Now I’m understand so, it makes Mbok sad. "

          Timun  Mas came home. She met Mbok Sarni.

Timun Mas            : "Mbok, I have  knew what makes you sad."
Mbok Sarni            : "Timun, my daughter! Mbok dream last night. In the dream, you should meet a hermit in the forest so you're safe."

          Timun Mas went to the forest.Timus Mas meet again with cemong. In the forest, finally Timun Mas met with the hermit. The hermit gave four small packets.

Hermit         : “ Hei Timun ! “

Timun Mas            : “ What up Hermit ? “

Hermit         : "Throw one at a time when the Giant run after you!"

Timun Mas            : “ Thank you very much Hermit “

 
          Then  Timun came to the house. She put the package on the table and she slept.

Cindil            : "HeyTimun! How about we swap the contents of this package?"

Timun Mas            : "Wahh it’s good idea .. it's fun."

          Morning, the giant came to claim the promise.

The Giant   : "Hey old woman ..! Where are you hiding her? I can’t wait to eat her!"  
           

Mbok Sarni told Timun Mas to immediately ran into forest. Timun take four packages that have been exchanged by Cindil.

Cindil            : "Hey Giants, she's there!"

          At home, Cemong found four small packets that hidden by Cindil. It immediately went to the forest.

Cemong and Cindi         : "Timun... Timun ..."

            Timun heard shouting of Cemong.

Timun Mas            : "Cemong I am in here ..!" ( Cemong threw four small packages Timun. )
          While being chased giant, Timun began throwing the contents of the first package. Instantly turned into bamboo that sharp.

The Giant   : "Hei kid, I can still chase you! Ha.. ha..ha.."
         

 Then Timun threw the contents of  second package of cucumber seeds. Miraculously, the forest becomes thick cucumber fields. Cucumber’s stem wrapped around the Giant’s legs.

The Giant   : "Damn! You dare to me!"

 
          Giants are still ran after her. Then Timun threw the contents of third package of salt. Once it turned into a vast sea  to sink the Giants. But it's easy to pass Giant.
          Timun, Cemong and Cindil ran across the bridge. After that,  Cemong and Cindil slipped and nearly fell.

The Giant   : “ Ahaaa .. Gocca “

Cemong and Cindil                    :"Timun ... Timun... help me!". 

Timun Mas            : "Cindill, Cemongg I'll help you!"

 
          Giants continue to ran. For last time, Timun Mas threw the contents of the fourth package of shrimp paste. Then formed a sea of ​ ​boiling mud and giant splash in it.

Timun Mas            : “ Hei Giant,Recived this ! “

The Giant   : “ Oh no Timun , don’t do this “

           

At last the giant was dead.Timun Mas said thanks to God.

Timun Mas : “ Thanks God .. “

Finally Timun Mas and Mbok Sarni life happily and peaceful.
